Ryan Carlson has been a key player at Evardy Construction for eight years, taking on roles from estimating to project closeout. He’s the guy you’ll see juggling project scheduling and training. Before joining Evardy, Ryan was a traveling superintendent fresh out of college, eventually moving into an office role and becoming a project engineer/estimator. He even dipped his toes into military healthcare renovations before finding his way back to commercial construction.

Outside of work, Ryan loves hunting with his 14-year-old son, who shot his first turkey in May 2024. He’s also into yard work, tinkering in his garage, and helping friends and family with their projects. What Ryan appreciates most about Evardy is the genuine kindness and support from the owners. In 10 years, Ryan sees himself as an empty nester, ready for whatever adventures his wife has planned.
