Evardy led a multi-phase project for Barkley, starting with a striking 13,000 square foot conference and lounge area on the 4th floor. Noteworthy features include exposed ceilings, modern conference rooms, premium sound panels, cozy booth seating, vibrant living walls, and custom wood flooring.
In the second phase, we revamped a sprawling 39,000 square foot office space, delivering new offices, a welcoming reception area, updated floor coverings, fresh paint, and refined architectural details.
