Watco, a prominent player in transportation and supply services, recently acquired a building in Overland Park, KS, earmarked for their new corporate headquarters. Seeking a complete renovation, they enlisted Evardy Construction to orchestrate the transformation, ensuring the space not only reflected their corporate identity but also provided an enhanced work environment for their employees.

A variety of settings were constructed within the space, including private offices, workstations with collaborative areas, meeting and conference rooms, training rooms and public spaces, including a café with a variety of unique seating areas.
