Evardy Construction completed a 12,083 SF tenant improvement to deliver ProEnergy’s first Kansas City office in Overland Park.
The project features custom architectural ceilings, integrated lighting, polished concrete floors, and high-end millwork, creating a modern, functional workspace supporting ProEnergy’s regional expansion.
The scope included interior demolition, new MEP distribution, framing and drywall, specialty ceiling systems, millwork installation, and final finish coordination across all trades.
