Evardy undertook a transformative tenant refinish project for Visoni Salon, seamlessly merging three vacant spaces in Lee’s Summit to create Visoni Salon Studios. The revamped space boasts a modern waiting/lobby area, convenient onsite washer/dryer facilities, a spacious back-of-house staff area, and guest bathrooms. Additionally, the project includes the creation of 32 individual salon suites, meticulously designed to cater to hair, beauty, and nail services, offering both functionality and elegance to meet the salon's diverse needs.
